My name is Steven Ricardo Payne, Sole Practitioner of the Firm, and as an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), I recognize the importance of upholding and maintaining the value of my designations by ensuring that my conduct in no way, brings my profession into disrepute.

We at Steven R. Payne & Co. recognise our principal responsibility to act ethically for our clients. We will ensure that in all of our professional engagements, in no way, bring the Firm's reputation into question or the reputation of our Governing Bodies. We therefore require that all staff maintain high standards of professional conduct.
The Firm's guide to ethical requirements is guided by the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA) Handbook, Code of Ethics published by IAASB. All members of staff have read this handbook.
